Did not expect to find their soul mate online

Hi my husband and I are now approaching our second wedding anniversary and want to thank PARSHIP for your role in bring us together.

We both joined your service in 2009. I don't think either of us expected to find a life partner online but at best were hoping to find likeminded friends. We were matched highly as compatible. My husband is a shy mathematician who is also visually impaired while I am an outgoing musician.
I doubt our paths would have crossed in our day to day lives. Moreover I was in Manchester and he was in Bristol. We were recommended to one another and although there were other interesting matches, we connected quickly chatting on the PARSHIP e-mail and soon were speaking daily on the phone and then later also on Skype.

As we initially did not get to see each other’s photos, we had the special opportunity to know get to know each other first without basing our opinions on looks. We only met up face to face 3 months after contacting each other on PARSHIP. Love was blossoming and while meeting up for the first time face to face was a little strange we quickly recognised the person we had come to know and care for over the previous weeks.
Our relationship grew from strength to strength and we got married a year later.
